From being told eating on small plates helps you eat less, to not having to finish our plates out of fear of overeating, to cake for breakfast and cookies for rewards, we (twenty-something sisters) are ready to confront food issues from childhood that continue today. We decided in order to make permanent positive changes, we needed to be accountable to each other (and the internet).
Katherine (older sister) is a graduate student who eats healthy during the week but not usually on the weekends. She loves veggies and fruit; tofu, soy, and fake meat; PBJ; Amy’s products; and eating in general. She likes snacks and going for walks. She tolerates working out.
Liz (younger sister) is also a graduate student. Last spring, she lost 25 pounds by eating a lot of Lean Cuisines, but now she wants to eat more delicious, wholesome, homecooked meals.
